Tony YaYo (real name Marvin Bernard), born and raised on the streets of South Side Jamaica, Queens. Tony knew 50 from their childhood. Both Tony and 50 were street hustlers and dealers around the neighborhoods. Member since 2002, though has been incarcerated from 2002 to 2004.

Lloyd Banks (real name Chris Lloyd) is the youngest member of G-Unit. Lloyd grew up in the same Queens neighborhood as Tony and 50 Cent. He started rapping at the age of 12. He was shot twice and kicked out of three high schools in Queens. He was not a street hustler, as his interests lay in rapping from an early age. Member since 2002.
